The Tigua ATEX is the new line of ATEX light fixtures for zones 1,2, 21 and 22. Tigua ATEX is equipped with a high dissipation thermal management system that keeps the semiconductors unaltered over time. The input and connection to the terminal board is via ‘Ex e’ cable gland without having to make any insulation. The power supply electronics have been made in compliance with the EN 60079-18 Standard with ‘Ex mb’ protection mode (encapsulation). Thanks to the comfort beam optics available areas with combustible dusts and flammable gases can be illuminated in the best possible way.

Certified in conformity to the ISO 9001 Standards, all the lighting fixtures are made in Italy and certified with several marks, such as ENEC, CESI, RINA, ATEX, IECex, NEMKO and QL (LED certificated against photobiological risk). QL LED lights fixtures reduce the energy amount required to reach the same level of illumination of traditional incandescent and discharge lamps, reducing the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
Each fitting is 100% individually tested with 24hr burn-in tests in our Italian manufacturing facility. All products are certified to the latest European standards. Expertly made in Italy all products are professionally distributed within the UK through Lewden.
