Eligibility

• Charger must be installed by an OZEV-approved electrician under the OZEV grant scheme.
• Registration via the Monta app is required for activation, updates, and smart features.
• Charger must have a stable internet connection to enable remote diagnostics and updates.
• Warranty applies only to chargers sold and used within the UK.
• Warranty is valid for the original end-user or transferrable with proof of property ownership.
• Charger must be updated to the latest software version provided by Lewden.
• The charger must be used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
